Kamer 237 and Lost and Found are played with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people. Are you with more than six people? Then book both escape rooms at the same time slot. Or play one of the two escape rooms in two time slots after each other. The team that has to wait can play a game and have a drink in our hotel bar. If you come to play Room 237 with two people, you will get 10 minutes extra playing time so that you can optimally enjoy our luxury suite. Lost and Found can also be played with 2 people, but be aware that you will face a major challenge, even with the necessary experience. The Concierge is an escape room especially for two people.

For the sake of safety and gaming experience, we never deviate from the maximum number of players per game round. If you come with a larger group, you can book multiple escape rooms at the same time.

The reserved time is the start time of the game. We request that participants are present at the location 15 minutes before the start time. This will give sufficient opportunity to explain the game and store the equipment.

If you want to cancel the reservation:

• Up to 48 hours before the start of the reserved time, cancellation is free of charge and you can choose 100% money back or a voucher code with which a new reservation can be made free of charge. Cancellation is only possible via the link in the confirmation email.
   
• Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the reserved time, only a voucher code worth 100% will be issued in case of cancellation; no money will be refunded. Cancellation can be done by sending an email to info@hotelveloria.nl
   
• Within 24 hours (up to 8 hours) before the start of the reserved time, a voucher code worth the purchase amount minus €40 cancellation costs will be issued in case of cancellation. Cancellation is possible by sending an email to info@hotelveloria.nl
   
• Within 8 hours before the start of the reserved time, the reservation expires and no money will be refunded or voucher code issued.

Hotel Veloria is located at Aert Willemsstraat 6, 5408 AL in Volkel and has sufficient (free) parking in front of the door.

We apply a minimum age of 18 years for Kamer 237, Lost and Found and De Conciërge. Are you younger than 18? Then you can join Kamer 237 and the Lost and Found from the age of 14, accompanied by at least two adults.

Reservations are made via our website, after which you pay and complete your reservation directly via iDeal, Bancontact or Creditcard. After payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation in your mailbox. Double-check all the details in the confirmation email again carefully. All our escape rooms can be played in both Dutch and English.

We have fixed prices for the escape rooms.

• Room 237 €165,- per game
• The Concierge €105,- per game
• Lost and Found €180,- per game

There is a chance that you will have to climb or crawl in the Escape Room. This makes Kamer 237, The Conciërge and Lost and Found unsuitable for people in a wheelchair or with walking difficulties.
